Join Adler Art’s Center’s Program Director Ellen Williams on Facebook Live as she sits down for a conversation with certified meditation instructor, yoga for athletes practitioner, and founder/owner of Black Cat Yoga, Erin Murphy!

Erin is passionate about bringing holistic wellness to the community and is a lifelong figure skater who came to yoga to find better balance in her own body.  During her journey, she discovered tools anyone can use on and off the mat to improve physical, mental + emotional wellness.

Focusing on group and private instruction, Erin and the staff at Black Cat Yoga craft programs to address targeted needs. From athletes looking for greater focus, to parents looking to manage daily stress and anxiety, Erin is passionate about empowering the community with practical tools for daily life… no experience necessary + no flexibility required.

Erin loves to infuse creativity and connection into her business + daily life, and loves bringing greater wellness to the Libertyville community.

Listen in as Ellen and Erin discuss what it’s like to stay grounded during moments of choas, ways to peacfully connect with your community, and the importance of working together.
